I know the story of not feeling good enough, of hustling for my worth, not recognizing my strengths and gifts. I spent too much of my life beating myself up for who I'm not instead of celebrating what special qualities I bring to the world.


It was exhausting. And I knew there had to be a better way.


Time and again, I turned to my journal and realized what an incredible tool it was, helping me learn about myself, find clarity on what I wanted, decide who I wanted to be, and figure out how to make it happen.


I've used journaling as my roadmap of the remarkable journey from self-discovery --> self-compassion --> self-love.


And if I can do it, it's possible for anyone. Including you.
