Welcome! I'm Amanda!


When I found journaling as an angsty teenager, I knew that it made me feel better when I was upset. What I didn't know was that I would develop a journaling practice that helped support and sustain me through all parts of my life.


Journaling has helped me know myself better than I dreamed, develop self-compassion and the ability to show myself grace, and truly love myself more than I ever thought possible.


It's through journaling that I rediscovered myself and reclaimed my life after the divorce I didn't see coming. It's through journaling that I've set and reached big, ambitious goals. It's through journaling that I've improved all my relationships. And it's through journaling that I've found and built the most amazing community.


I’m honored to guide my friends, clients, and community in exploring the full potential of journaling and crafting meaningful practices that support them in living their dream lives with intention and joy.

When I'm not journaling myself or leading community journaling sessions, you can find me curled up in the sunshine with a romance novel, getting in a good lift in the basement gym, puttering in my garden, or laughing with my husband and nearly grown children.
